The small hut on the opposite side of the main swimming pool, Touco’s offers a variety of healthy drinks that have all been carefully selected by El Meki – the little man serving in the restaurant who, despite being a member of our waiting staff, is also an unbeatable herbal connoisseur and can tell you everything you need to know about the benefits of verveina, mint, lemon grass and all sorts of mysterious local herbs.
In addition to their list of local beverages, You also cook the most succulent tajine – using vegetables that come straight from our vegetable gardens. Turnips, carrots, onions, chickpeas and mange-tout peas all come from the very earth of the Fellah and we are proud to see our private production increase as the months go by!
If you wish to live Touco’s cooking experience, you can book (at least 24 hrs in advance) for one or up to 5 people!
Touco’s place is also available for rent if you want your usual restaurant meal to be served in a more intimate space, with your lover or your friends (max 10 pax) on any given day! (also upon reservation).
